This website, pearlandvane.com ("Pearl & Vane"), is operated by NWAVE DIGITAL LLC, 247 S 16th St, Philadelphia, PA 19102, United States. By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility and service area
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. We currently sell and ship to addresses in the United States only. All prices are in US dollars (USD).
2. Products and descriptions
We try to describe and photograph every piece accurately, including materials (for example lab-created moissanite, cultured freshwater pearl, gold-plated stainless steel, silver-tone and gold-tone finishes). Colors may look slightly different on different screens, and natural materials such as pearls vary in shape and luster.
3. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in USD and may change without notice; the price charged is the price shown at checkout. Sales tax, where applicable, is calculated at checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is listed at an incorrect price or if we suspect fraud; if your payment was taken, we will refund it in full.
4. Shipping
We offer free shipping on US orders. Delivery usually takes 6–14 business days from dispatch. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
5. Returns and refunds
You may return items within 30 days of delivery. Please email us at hello@pearlandvane.com first; we will send you the return address by email. The customer pays return shipping. Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
6. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential and for activity under your account. Please give us accurate, current information.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to NWAVE DIGITAL LLC or its licensors and may not be used without our written permission.

You may not use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its security or operation, or to infringe the rights of others.
