Free tracked shipping on every US order. Delivery takes 6–14 business days, and every piece arrives gift-boxed.

Delivery time

Orders arrive within 6–14 business days of being placed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays.

Cost

Shipping is free on all US orders, with no minimum spend.

Where your order ships from

Orders are dispatched from our fulfilment partner's warehouse in China and travel by tracked service to your door.

Duties and taxes

Prices include all import duties, so there's nothing extra to pay on delivery. Any applicable US sales tax is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

Every order is tracked. As soon as your order is dispatched, we email you a tracking link so you can follow it all the way.

Gift packaging

Every piece arrives in a Pearl & Vane gift box. Prices are not included on the packaging, so it's ready to give.

Delays, damage or missing parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated for several days, your parcel arrives damaged, or something is missing, email us at hello@pearlandvane.com with your order number. We reply within 24 hours and will help you sort it out.

Address changes

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away; we can update it as long as the order hasn't been dispatched yet.
