Shipping is free on every US order, with no minimum spend.

Orders arrive within 6–14 business days. Every order is tracked, and we email you a tracking link once it's dispatched.

Orders are dispatched from our fulfilment partner's warehouse in China and travel by tracked service to your door.

No. Prices include all import duties, so there's nothing extra to pay on delivery. Any applicable US sales tax is shown at checkout before you pay.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Every piece arrives in a Pearl & Vane gift box, with no prices on the packaging.

Email us as soon as possible. We can update your order as long as it hasn't been dispatched yet.

You can return items within 30 days of delivery. They must be unworn and in their original gift box and packaging.

For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if they are unworn and still in their sealed packaging.

Email hello@pearlandvane.com with your order number. We'll email you the return address and instructions. The customer pays return shipping, and we recommend a tracked service.

We refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving your return. There is no restocking fee.

Moissanite is a gemstone made of silicon carbide. Ours is lab-created, which means it is grown in a laboratory rather than mined. It is known for its brilliance and fire. Moissanite is its own gemstone, and we never describe it as one.

Our pearls are cultured freshwater pearls, grown in freshwater mussels with human help. Because each pearl grows on its own, small differences in shape, size, luster and surface are natural.
