Returns
You can return any item within 30 days of delivery. Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days of receiving your return, with no restocking fee.
Return window
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to start a return.
Condition
- Items must be unworn, undamaged and returned with their original gift box and packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if they are unworn and still in their sealed packaging.
How to return
- Email hello@pearlandvane.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We reply within 24 hours.
- We'll email you the return address and instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it back. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for returns lost on the way to us.
Return shipping
The customer pays the cost of return shipping. Original shipping was free, so there's nothing deducted for it.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and has been checked, we refund the item price to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving your return. There is no restocking fee. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show the refund.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return it as above and place a new order for the piece you'd like.
